The IntelaVoice Dimmer™ switch is a stand alone unit. Installation is as simple as plugging it into a standard outlet and then plugging the item to be controlled into the IntelaVoice Dimmer™ switch. This  voice controlled unit operates on 120 volts AC / 60 Hz and it is capable of handling loads up to 200 watts (max power).

   WARRANTIES  

TERMS OF LIMITED WARRANTIES The 30 days Parts Limited Warranty becomes effective on the date of Invoice from the Seller, and are granted to the initial customer end user only and is nontransferable. Any claims under these warranties must be made before the end of the applicable warranty period. In the event A&O PC Systems provides a repaired or replacement part, telephonic technical assistance will be provided. A&O PC Systems reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent new, used or serviceable reconditioned parts or Systems. The 30 days Parts Limited Warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from: misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, depletion of a Consumable, acts of nature, unusual temperatures or humidity, improper installation or damage to the LCD display screens determined by A&O PC Systems to have been caused by the customer, or damage caused by repairs attempted where such repairs were made without the approval of A&O PC Systems. The Replacement Parts Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from the disassembly, or attempted disassembly of products without the approval of A&O PC Systems.

Return Policy

  • If The A&O PC Systems accepts returned merchandise a restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) will be charged to the buyer.

  • Return shipping is at the buyers expense.

  • Returns and Refunds will not be honored after 7 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns are subject to testing by The A&O PC Systems prior to any exchange. Defective equipment will be covered by applicable warranties.

  • Returns without prior authorization will be refused.

We use FedEx for orders from the USA and Canada, but at your request we ship with any other carrier.

Most orders are shipped the same day as payment is received. We ship all laptop orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Arrival time is based on the shipping method you select.

You will receive an email confirmation stating when your order will be shipped and the tracking number once sent.
